ranking just above turquoise and caicos by essie, dutch tulips by OPI is my all-time favorite nail polish color. it's cool because it's pink and girly, but a rich enough shade of pink that i'm set with two light coats - and it lasts forever as a pedicure.
do you have any colors that you gravitate towards? how about brands?
